01 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MB8MYS platform, accessible via the official website mb8mys.ws and any associated mobile applications. These Terms take effect from the date you register as a member or the date these Terms were last updated, whichever is more recent.

MB8MYS reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest applicable conditions.

02 Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the MB8MYS platform, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Age 18 years or older at the time of registration. MB8MYS strictly prohibits individuals under the age of 18 from using the platform under any circumstances.
• Is legally eligible under Malaysian law to enter into contractual agreements and participate in online gambling activities.

Each individual is permitted to register and hold only one (1) active account at MB8MYS at all times. Registering multiple accounts using different information, different IP addresses, or different devices by the same individual is a serious violation of these Terms.

By registering, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• Update your account information promptly should any changes to your personal details occur.
• Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Notify MB8MYS immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on MB8MYS are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). MB8MYS accepts the following local Malaysian payment methods:

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name.
• MB8MYS reserves the right to request document verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding RM 5,000.
• Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals requiring additional review may take up to 24 working hours.
• MB8MYS is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party systems or financial institutions.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

The following general conditions apply to all MB8MYS bonuses and promotions:

06 Game Rules & Betting

General gameplay terms at MB8MYS:

• All bets confirmed by the system are final and is non-reversible.
• For Sports Betting, any match that is cancelled or postponed for more than 24 hours will be fully refunded to the member.
• MB8MYS uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently verified by a third party to ensure fairness across all chance-based games.
• Any technical error or system disruption during gameplay — including loss of internet connection on the member's end — does not entitle the member to compensation or bet cancellation.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any third-party assistance tools during gameplay is strictly prohibited.

07 Account Security & Privacy

You are solely responsible for the security of your MB8MYS account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login credentials, and ensuring that no one else can access your account.

MB8MYS implements the following security measures to protect member accounts:

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the MB8MYS platform and may result in permanent account suspension or closure, as well as legal action where warranted:

• Fraud & Forgery: Providing false information during registration or verification, using another person's identity, or submitting falsified supporting documents.
• Money Laundering: Using the MB8MYS platform as a channel for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or manipulating rollover requirements through unauthorised means.
• Unauthorised Collusion: Colluding with other players during gameplay (particularly in poker or table games) to manipulate outcomes.
• Use of Malicious Software: Using bots, automation scripts, exploit software, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage.
• System Abuse: Exploiting technical bugs or system errors for personal gain without reporting them to MB8MYS.

09 Intellectual Property & Platform Content

All content on the MB8MYS platform — including logos, trademarks, graphics, user interfaces, software code, text, and images — is the exclusive property of MB8MYS or its respective licensors and is protected under Malaysian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You are not permitted to:

• Copying, modifying, distributing, or selling any content from the platform.
• Using the MB8MYS name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the platform's source code.

10 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

MB8MYS provides the platform "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted continuity of service. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law:

• MB8MYS is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, server failures, or internet connectivity issues.
• MB8MYS is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members through betting activities, as all wagering involves risks knowingly assumed by the member.
• MB8MYS's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount of the member's most recent deposit.

11 Account Termination & Suspension

Either you or MB8MYS may terminate an account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Termination by Member: You may close your MB8MYS account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any eligible cash balance will be returned to you once all rollover requirements have been met and identity verification is complete.

Suspension by MB8MYS: MB8MYS reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account immediately and without prior notice if:

• A breach of any term contained in this document has occurred.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been suspected or confirmed.
• The member fails to complete identity verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Information provided during registration is found to be inaccurate or false.

12 Amendments to Terms & Change Notices
